As a planner, I want to respect the budget that the couple feels comfortable with. One of the first things I do with my Full Service clients is prepare a very detailed budget to confirm their vision and make sure the aesthetic aligns with their budget. I set up a meeting to educate them on expectations. We don't want any surprises!

Did you know that a $10k budget for florals doesn't get you $10k in florals? What's that, you say?? You heard me! You will most likely spend $7-$8k in actual florals. The rest? Well that goes to hard goods, labor, materials, setup & delivery, and of course, tax.

It is imperative that your planner educate you on exactly how your budget may be spent. So, newly engaged couples, please hire a planner that is invested in you as much as you invest in them.
